Barbara was a trailblazer when she began her sales career in the Chicago area in 1969 as one of the youngest female REALTORS in the North Shore Board of Realtors. In her first year, she earned the top sales award with entry into the Million-dollar Club. Her career in sales has spanned across various communities from Chicago's North Shore to Minneapolis and the Phoenix/Scottsdale areas.Throughout her career, she has put her superior negotiation skills, strong community knowledge and commitment to excellence to work on behalf of her clients.

Barbara is an advocate of the team concept, and both her daughters, Sue and Debbie, have joined her in the industry to form a professional real estate team - A Family of Realtors Working for You.

For 25+ years, Barbara and her husband, Bob, have lived in Scottsdale Ranch, where Barbara has served on the Board of the Scottsdale Ranch Women's Association.

Sue grew up in the Chicago suburb of Northbrook where she graduated from Glenbrook North High School. She attended Colorado State University and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. Sue and her husband, Jeff, moved to Scottsdale in 1995. Sue became a licensed Arizona REALTOR in 1996, immediately partnered with Barbra to become known as the Mother - Daughter Team, then quickly began earning top sales awards herself. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Sue was employed in the customer-service focused industries of banking, healthcare and golf. 

Sue continues her customer-service focus through her membership at Camelback Golf Club where she has served on Tournament and Membership Committees. Sue was the Co-Chair of the Camelback Ladies' Golf Invitational, which raised more than $450,000 over its 9 year run for Crossroads for Women and the USMC Wounded Warrior Regiment of Arizona, Semper Fi Fund.

Debbie is proud to have joined her real estate family in January 2015, following her nearly 10 years of work experience with Pulte Homes, the country's largest home builder, and Del Webb Corporation, the country's leading developer of Active Adult Communities. Debbie consistently produced win-win-win results for her customers, her business partners and her employer in her roles in sales and marketing, 55+ consumer marketing, golf operations and brand management. Prior to moving to Arizona, Debbie worked at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and Continental Bank's Venture/Equity Capital unit. She is a graduate of Goucher College, Towson, Maryland.

Debbie and her husband, Tim, live in Ancala. From 2010 to 2018, Debbie volunteered her time to the Ancala Homeowners Association as President and Chair of Hospitality and Communications Committees. She is an avid golfer and over the years has earned many Club Championship titles.
